Elsie Hung is the research manager for power, utilities, and renewables at the Deloitte Research Center for Energy and Industrials. She brings 10 years of experience driving interdisciplinary energy policy research with a primary focus on the Electric Reliability Council of Texas and the broader electricity sector. Before joining Deloitte, Hung served as research manager at the Center for Energy Studies at the Baker Institute for Public Policy in Houston, Texas.
