With 25+ years of executive leadership spanning government and commercial markets—including roles as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO)—Edward brings deep experience helping organizations modernize operations, scale digital platforms, and drive measurable mission and business outcomes.
Edward joined Deloitte in 2010 and founded the Federal ServiceNow practice in 2014, helping build it into Deloitte’s largest ServiceNow practice globally—delivering approximately 40% of Deloitte’s total ServiceNow work. He is recognized for aligning executive stakeholders, shaping strategic roadmaps, and guiding delivery teams to execute complex transformations with speed, quality, and accountability.
Based in the Washington, DC area, Edward is also a proud father of four daughters.
