Eddie is a Managing Director in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Health Care practice and a national consulting leader with more than 20 years of experience helping healthcare providers, payers, private equity-backed companies, and health technology firms drive growth, transformation, and enterprise value.
He specializes in physician enterprise and ambulatory growth, population health, value-based care, and AI-enabled transformation. He has built and led national practices of more than 250 practitioners, launched and commercialized analytics- and AI-enabled offerings, led strategic alliances, and sold and delivered engagements that have generated more than $500 million in collective client value. His experience spans M&A and diligence, post-merger integration, operational transformation, access and retention optimization, and margin expansion. Earlier in his career, he practiced law and worked in financial services, bringing an additional lens on governance, risk management, and board-level decision-making.
