Erin is Senior Manager in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Government and Public Services (GPS) practice and serves within the Finance Transformation offering portfolio, and she has been with the firm for 13 years. Her experience spans intelligent automation; data center migration and IT showback; Government Purchase Card (GPC) program management, advisory support, and business process improvement; and User Fee Studies, Activity-Based Costing, and cost benchmarking. However, her main focus for the past few years has been supporting clients in a financial and automation capacity across several agencies.
