Donna Guray-Jurk is a Managing Director in Deloitte’s Life Sciences & Health Care practice, with more than 25 years of experience in hospital revenue cycle management. She has worked across the full revenue cycle, including not-for-profit health systems, academic medical centers, physician groups, and health plans, helping organizations translate operational complexity into sustainable financial performance.
Over the past 15 years, Donna has focused on the middle revenue cycle, where clinical documentation helps drive financial outcomes. She leads Deloitte’s middle revenue cycle solutions across Clinical Documentation Improvement, Charge Capture, Coding, Charge Description Master, and Revenue Integrity. She has also guided clients through Epic and Cerner implementations and post-go-live optimization.
Donna’s compliance experience includes coding, billing, medical necessity, and clinical documentation, with direct exposure to Office of Inspector General (OIG) compliance reviews and Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) audits.
