Don has almost 30 years of experience serving public and private companies in all stages of business life cycle and in a variety of industries, including consumer products, retail, manufacturing, technology and telecommunications, and investment management. He has broad experience in various accounting & reporting disciplines, including ’33 & ’34 Securities Act filings, audits of financial statements and internal control over financial reporting, application of PCAOB and AICPA auditing standards, mergers & acquisitions and divestitures. Don’s client service experiences have also provided him with significant international experience. Finally, Don has adept at working with audit committees of US public companies in fulfilling their governance role.
