Don Crawford

Don is an Audit & Assurance partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP, based in the Los Angeles office, leading growth in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications industry. Don has experience across accounting allowing him to serve large public companies as well as smaller high growth companies. Don's client work includes a range of companies in the digital media, software, interactive gaming, clean tech, and ad tech industries.

Throughout his career, Don has been closely involved in numerous securities transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, whereby he has developed extensive experience in advising his clients on complex accounting issues, particularly relating to revenue recognition, equity accounting, stock-based compensation, internal controls, IPOs and mergers and acquisitions.

Don received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bowling Green State University.
