Diana is a tax partner with over 29 years of public accounting experience. She co-leads Deloitte’s Tax Governance & Transparency offering as part of the firm’s Sustainability, Climate & Equity practice, where she advises companies, primarily multinationals, on tax governance, process and policy issues, including tax transparency and ESG reporting. In addition, she serves as the Lead Tax Partner on many corporate tax clients.
