Dennis Howell

Dennis serves as Deloitte’s Life Sciences Industry Professional Practice Director and leads transformation initiatives within the Accounting and Reporting Services Group, part of Deloitte’s Professional Practice Network. He is also a Senior Consultation Partner, advising on complex accounting matters including revenue recognition, collaboration arrangements, business combinations, contingencies, and foreign currency. A frequent speaker at accounting and finance conferences, Dennis has extensive experience addressing complex accounting and reporting matters with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, including the Office of the Chief Accountant and Division of Corporation Finance, as well as the Financial Accounting Standards Board.
