Doug Hart

Doug has spent over 27 years in the fiduciary compliance and preparation industry. Before joining Deloitte, Doug was the owner and managing partner of Trust Processing Solutions (TPS), a high volume fiduciary tax compliance company. Deloitte Tax LLP acquired certain assets of TPS in July of 2025. Prior to TPS, Doug served five years as Trust Tax Manager for a large Midwest bank where he was responsible for tax compliance for over 18,000 accounts. Doug also worked for one of the big public accounting firms and was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for two large regional bank engagements.
