Doug has spent over 36 years in the fiduciary compliance and preparation industry. Before joining Deloitte, Doug was the owner and managing partner of Trust Processing Solutions (TPS) for the last 25 years, a high volume fiduciary tax compliance company. Deloitte Tax LLP acquired certain assets of TPS in July of 2025. Prior to the acquisition TPS was the largest fiduciary tax compliance firm by number of clients. Doug also worked for one of the big public accounting firms and a large regional bank and was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations.
