Derek Malmberg

Derek is an Audit & Assurance partner, Deloitte & Touche LLP, and leads the US East region and the national SPAC team, both within Deloitte's Audit & Assurance Accounting & Reporting Advisory (ARA) practice, which focuses on advising companies with complex accounting, auditing, and reporting matters. He is an experienced partner who serves some of Deloitte’s largest and most complex clients. Derek has deep technical knowledge of complex accounting matters and was a clearing partner in Deloitte’s national office accounting and reporting services group.
