With over 20 years at Deloitte, Denise has advanced talent solutions at scale in both internal and client-facing roles. She previously led Deloitte’s workforce strategy and Deloitte Consulting LLP’s strategic talent portfolio. Known for her expertise in talent innovation and employee engagement, Denise has a track record of spearheading transformative change, ensuring the workforce remains agile and differentiated.
Denise serves on the Board of Directors of the Deloitte Foundation and is actively engaged in the Sacramento community through nonprofit board service.
Denise holds a Master of Public Policy from UC Berkeley, Goldman School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Stanford University.
