Devon Clark

Devon Clark has 26+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test leading teams delivering complex, mission-focused solutions for Aerospace and Defense clients, including 18 years of civilian acquisition workforce experience leading the engineering and integration of C5ISR decision advantage solutions, and 8 years of industry experience leading Systems Engineering innovation. Devon has served as the Chief Engineer for multiple programs, including 4 years as the lead for a multi-billion-dollar Navy program. Devon is a recognized thought leader in (Digital) Systems Engineering, open architecture, and decision analysis. He is active in standards bodies, government working groups, and industry engineering organizations, such as the International Council of Systems Engineers (INCOSE), where is a member of Corporate Advisory Board (CAB), and co-chairs the Decision Analysis Working Group (DAWG).
