As the People Leader for Deloitte US, Doug is responsible for guiding the firm's overall talent experience and culture, that engages 180,000+ Deloitte Partners, Principals, Managing Directors (PPMD), and professionals. In this role, he oversees all Talent areas including talent strategy and operations, rewards, recognition, well-being, performance management, growth and development, experience, culture, and belonging, and PPMD matters.
Previously, Doug served as the Chief Clients & Markets Officer for Deloitte US, where he led the Clients & Markets Growth organization, and brought the breadth of Deloitte's service capabilities and assets to the market, focused on driving client centricity, creating differentiation through industry, and elevating the Deloitte brand.
He also served as Deloitte's Chief Information Officer, responsible for accelerating innovation in Deloitte's technology portfolios and driving digital transformation advantages in the marketplace.
Doug has also served as the Vice Chairman, National Managing Principal for Deloitte's Life Sciences and Health Care (LSHC) practice in Consulting, the Global LSHC Consulting Industry Leader, and the Consulting leader for the Deloitte Private client segment.
