With more than 25 years at Deloitte, Dave has been a pivotal figure in helping shape the human capital landscape for many global businesses. His passion lies in building a culture of belonging, where professionals can find purpose, connection, and continuous growth. Dave leads Deloitte’s future of work strategy and is actively involved in the World 50 talent consortium. He also serves as the chairperson for Leading on Opportunity, a nationally recognized non-profit organization dedicated to increasing economic mobility. His academic background includes a B.S. in Political Science from Saint Michael’s College and an M.S. in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University.
