David is a principal in Deloitte’s Cyber Technical Resilience practice, specializing in enhancing the security and resiliency of critical infrastructure within the power and utility sector. As Deloitte’s Power & Utility Sector Cyber Operations Leader, he collaborates with leading utility organizations to help them strengthen their cybersecurity posture and safeguard the grid against evolving threats. He has a demonstrated track record of designing and implementing advanced cyber resilience strategies across IT, OT, and cloud environments, enabling clients to detect, respond to, and mitigate cyber risks with greater speed and effectiveness.
David has successfully assisted many major utilities to transform their cyber operations programs, integrating cutting-edge technologies and processes to proactively identify and neutralize threats across complex digital ecosystems. He regularly advises C-suite executives and boards on emerging cyber risks, regulatory trends, and strategic security investments, and has served as a trusted executive advisor, including assisting clients in sourcing and onboarding Chief Information Security Officers.
In addition to his cyber leadership, David serves as Deloitte’s Commvault Alliance Leader, driving alliance strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and delivery excellence. He collaborates with clients and technology vendors to deliver innovative data protection, backup, and recovery solutions that are designed to help enhance organizational resilience and support business continuity.
