Dan has more than 18 years’ experience designing, building, scaling, and operating governance, risk, security, compliance, and assurance programs that advance enterprise strategy and support the objectives of Boards and executive leadership.
Dan leads large, complex, technology-enabled enterprise transformations spanning Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Third-Party Risk, Source to Pay (S2P), SOX modernization, operational risk and resiliency, AI governance, cybersecurity, privacy, incident and event management, regulatory change management, and broader program/ platform modernization initiatives.
He focuses on scalable solutions and operating models that:

He frequently engages executives, Boards of Directors, Audit Committees, regulators, and external auditors during high-stakes transformations and regulatory reviews to assist with demonstrating regulatory compliance. He has also supported with managing the ongoing operations of the programs/ solutions he has designed and deployed.
