Daniel Grayson is a Partner in Deloitte’s AI & Engineering practice and serves as the U.S. Engineering Transformation Leader, helping Fortune 500 organizations define and deliver the future of engineering. In this role, he advises clients on reimagining their engineering functions to increase product centricity, augment delivery with AI, and drive efficiency across the software development lifecycle.

Dan brings nearly 20 years of experience working with Banking and Capital Markets (BM&C) clients to design, shape, and deliver large-scale engineering transformation programs. His work focuses on modernizing both line-of-business products and the core platforms that support them, enabling organizations to build resilient, scalable, and high-performing engineering ecosystems. The engineering programs Dan leads are centered on deploying cross-functional engineering pods at scale, leveraging AI-augmented practices to maximize throughput and productivity.
