David Hope

David Hope, a Senior Manager at Deloitte, is responsible for leading Supply Chain and Risk Management services for civil government organizations. With over a decade of experience, David leads supply chain modernization, risk management, and enterprise strategy initiatives for federal clients. He has driven hypergrowth investment strategies and sustainment optimization projects, leveraging expertise in procurement, contract management, and logistics. Prior to Deloitte, David managed multimillion-dollar sourcing and supply chain operations, optimizing supplier performance and compliance.
