Cynthia is a Deloitte Risk and Financial Advisory managing director at Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Government & Public Services practice and assists federal clients in developing and implementing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programs.
She attended the Senior Executive Fellows Program at Harvard University and has an MBA from Georgia State University and a BA from Franklin & Marshall College. She has more than 20 years of federal ERM and financial management experience at the US Department of Education’s Office of Federal Student Aid (FSA) where she served as chief risk officer.
