Christina Searing Scoby is a Deloitte Services LP Managing Director and the Chief Operating Officer for Deloitte Technology for Deloitte US. She is responsible for the financial, operational, and organizational performance of Deloitte’s enterprise technology function.
Christina is energized by building technology operations that are seamless, efficient, and future-ready. She focuses on generating measurable enterprise value through disciplined financial stewardship, operational excellence, and the strategic use of standardization, automation, and artificial intelligence across technology operations.
Previously, Christina served as Office of the CIO Leader for Deloitte Technology, where she helped shape the organization’s strategic direction and led governance, program management, change management, and communications for enterprise-scale technology programs. She also served as Chief Operating Officer for Deloitte’s AI Strategic Growth Offering, Deloitte Analytics Program Leader, and a Strategy & Operations consultant serving Healthcare & Life Sciences clients.
With 20 years of experience in technology consulting and operations, Christina has led complex growth initiatives, scaled emerging technology offerings, built new capabilities for Deloitte, and developed talent to support sustained growth. Her experience includes enterprise transformation, change management, go-to-market strategy and offering development, client and analyst relations, business case development, and value realization.
Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, San Diego, and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. She volunteers as a Girl Scout Leader, and youth soccer and softball coach.
