Caroline Rourke is a senior consultant in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice. She is passionate about work at the intersection of sustainability/social impact and human capital. Rourke has nearly 10 years of experience across leadership and learning development and nonprofit philanthropy. She started her career in leadership development and learning, where she planned and co-facilitated leadership development academies reaching more than 600 global executives, led cross-functional teams to produce bespoke learning for Fortune 75 clients, and facilitated training for over 145,000 employees.
