She is deeply knowledgeable in the systems and processes for enrollment/membership, benefits, provider reimbursement, claims processing, care authorization/medical management and pharmacy benefits (PBM). She has extensive experience with implementation, migration and remediation of core operations systems using both agile and waterfall methodologies.
