Craig Buffington

Craig is a Principal in Deloitte’s Operations and Technology Transformation practice with more than 18 years of experience delivering programs that unlock value from end-to-end revenue cycle performance. During his career at Deloitte, he has partnered with more than 20 health care organizations on transformational initiatives across revenue cycle, financial, operations, technology, patient experience, and payments strategies. Grounded in his experiences advising the largest health systems and largest health plans, Craig focuses on tailoring his approaches to each client’s unique needs and working alongside his clients to achieve executable strategy.
