Courtney is a New York based principal who leads our Innovation and Digital Product practice. She focuses her time on healthcare and life sciences across providers, payers, and manufacturers. She leads clients to define, deliver, and operationalize customer and workforce experiences of the future. With over 20 years of experience, she leads work that puts the 'end user' in the center through the Human Centered Design approach, ensuring future products, services, and experiences provide value to both the user and the business.
Recent engagements include designing the future Patient-Provider Experience at a Fortune 100 company, Digital Transformations (strategy, web, and mobile); standing up and operationalizing Enterprise-wide Customer Experience Capabilities; and designing and launching new business ventures.
She is also an adjunct professor at Parsons for the Strategic Design and Management graduate program, and a Faculty Fellow with Cornell University's Health Design Innovations Lab. Courtney received both her M.S. and B.S. with honors from Cornell University.
