Courtney is an ERP OCM leader, bringing 15+ years of experience in higher education, HR, and non-profits. 

Courtney is a strategic thinker and problem solver who gets things done. Building on her work in higher ed administration, academia, HR, and executive leadership in non-profits, she focuses on OCM, org strategy and assessment, comms, and workforce transformation to help employees thrive professionally and personally, promote workforce equity, and utilize data-driven decisioning for achieving and exceeding strategic goals. She specializes in OCM for ERP implementations. Courtney is a certified facilitator at Deloitte University, and holds Workday EM, SHRM-CP, and SHRM-California Law certifications. She has published 2 books and 150+ articles.
