Courtney serves as Deloitte’s GPS Workday Lead Alliance Partner and ICE Client Business Unit Leader (CBUL). She is a dynamic leader with a broad network across the firm and deep experience serving a wide range of clients, leading offering portfolios, and driving large-scale transformation across the government sector.
Courtney is especially passionate about the HCM Workday space, as well as supporting mission-driven work across DHS and ICE. She brings a strong track record of leading complex technology and organizational transformation efforts, with experience spanning business process improvement, change management, strategic planning, and growth leadership.
Over the course of her career, Courtney has worn many leadership hats across Deloitte, including roles supporting Homeland Security, GPS market growth in Southern California, the State of California account, the San Diego office, and the GPS Human Capital practice.
She is known for connecting people, building high-performing teams, and bringing energy and authenticity to everything she does.
