For more than 20 years, Clifford has provided clients with modeling, AI, data, and analytics services. He currently leads the Models & AI practice at Deloitte specializing in AI governance (Generative AI, agent/multi-agents).
Clifford works with clients to accelerate the adoption of AI by helping them implement smart AI governance structures. Further, through services that stitch together model risk, cyber risk, third-party risk, and other risk domain areas, he helps his clients create enterprise risk management frameworks that are more resilient in the era of evolving GenAI/agentic AI applications and better prepared for emerging AI regulations.
Clifford holds a PhD in economics and a masters of accountancy (with CPA), and he has served as a part-time professor at UNC-Charlotte’s Belk College of Business
