A Human Capital practice leader at Deloitte, Casey drives the Organization, Workforce, and Change (OWC) components of enterprise and business transformations specializing in Organization Design + Effectiveness; the people-related pieces of Finance and Finance Transformation; and talent strategy, transition, and transformation in operate-to-transform contexts. As a member of the OWC leadership team, his current practice leadership responsibilities include:

  • US T3 for Operate Leader - Human Capital Operate CoE

Casey has worked closely with many of the nation’s top organizations at both the functional (Finance, HR, IT) and cross-functional/corporate levels to help them make smart decisions and implement efficiently to drive organizational performance.

Casey brings executive experience and insight to the table backed by more than a decade of generating value for businesses by setting the strategy, and making it operational to produce results. Prior to Deloitte, he was an entrepreneur and non-profit CEO that envisioned and grew a business idea into a world class sports and education enterprise.

Casey holds an MBA in strategy and leadership from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler School of Business.
