Caroline Ritter is a seasoned strategist who shapes how Deloitte explores and integrates emerging AI technologies, driving transformation for the US firm and advancing Deloitte's position as an AI services leader.
As a Manager within Deloitte's Applied AI Strategy team, Caroline leads strategic initiatives that define the firm’s AI journey. Her portfolio includes steering product strategy and user adoption for enterprise AI applications, creating eminence and practical frameworks for business leaders, and providing Deloitte professionals with access to cutting-edge AI tools. Caroline led the design and development of some of the first internal, GenAI-powered accelerators for Deloitte Consulting.
Caroline has co-authored multiple AI thought leadership pieces for Deloitte's AI Institute, including Prompting for Action (2024) and Stay in the know: AI trends and early predictions for 2026 (2025).
Caroline joined Deloitte following her experience in business transformation and risk management consulting for Fortune 500 banks and financial institutions. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree and an honors certificate in International Business Diplomacy from Georgetown's Walsh School of Foreign Service.
