Brooke McNaul

Brooke McNaul leads Deloitte's CoVentures portfolio, driving co-innovation and co-investment initiatives to build and scale new products and businesses with clients and ecosystem partners. Brooke oversees the end-to-end portfolio – from demand generation and pipeline development, to diligence, deal structuring, and the stand up of operational teams to make ventures real. Prior to CoVentures, Brooke led innovation for Deloitte’s Life Sciences & Health Care practice, collaborating with Converge to launch new solutions and explore emerging business models. She also played a foundational role in growing the firm’s cloud and early co-investment efforts. Brooke holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA from Miami University.
