Brian is a principal with more than 25 years of delivery experience and is a member of Deloitte’s Core System Transformation practice. He has spent his career delivering large-scale system implementations to multiple clients primarily in the P&C insurance space including both personal lines and commercial lines.
Brian is experienced in transformative engagements, helping to deliver across the project lifecycle, from vendor selection, to business process redesign, requirements gathering, development and testing. He has delivered custom software as well as packaged applications such as Guidewire and Duck Creek.
His projects have included policy, claims, and billing vendor selections, post merger application rationalizations, policy administration and billing implementations, software upgrades, and large-scale policy data conversions.
