Brian Spiess

In this role, Brian supports the delivery of complex technology integrations and modernization initiatives across federal agencies. He helps clients improve mission performance through enterprise platforms, analytics, and performance management solutions tailored to the unique needs of the public sector.

As a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP, Brian brings more than 15 years of experience leading large-scale IT programs with a focus on federal financial reporting, compliance, and Department of Defense (DoD) Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes. He has played a key role in shaping IT strategy and business process improvement for clients such as Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC), and is recognized for his ability to drive value through technology transformation.

Brian is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trained.
