Brian is the Managing Director of Deloitte’s Payroll & Workforce Management Solutions practice and specializes in helping clients transform their business and improve their global workforce management capabilities. He has over 16 years of Human Capital Management outsourcing advisory, transformation and service delivery experience. During his career, he has led many transformation initiatives, developing an expertise in global payroll, HR, and time management. He also has extensive experience in business case development, vendor selection, contract negotiation, transformation planning, global policy definition, and global deployments. He has provided strategic advice and counsel to clients across multiple industries with an emphasis in Financial Services and High Tech Industry for the past several years, working with several large banks and payment organizations.
