He leads AI, analytics, and automation for Deloitte’s Digital Foundry, Operate & Innovation practice. Before joining Deloitte , Brian was named among Computerworld’s 2015 Premier 100 IT Leaders for his role as chief information officer, leading innovations across IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, data warehousing, and contact center. Brian’s work has led to numerous leadership, analytics, technology, contact center, and service awards. In recent years, Brian has supported contact center operations supporting thousands of agents, Implemented analytics and insights for state agencies and university systems, and developed GenAI omnichannel solutions to enhance the customer and agent experience.
