Biff is a Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting LLP and the Government & Public Services Cyber Offering Portfolio Leader.
With nearly 30 years of total experience in the national security space, Biff brings sector depth, operational excellence, and a people-focused approach to all engagements. Biff previously served as the Lead Client Service Partner for two of Deloitte’s largest Defense, Security, and Justice accounts, in addition to leading digital engineering work.
Prior to Deloitte, he worked as an analyst, scientist, engineer, and business leader of a national security practice within the DOD and intelligence community. Biff has a BS in Physics from the College of William and Mary and a PhD in Physics from the University of Virginia. He resides in Herndon, VA with his wife, Katie, and his three children.
