Beth Forman

Beth is the Central Region Managing Partner for Audit & Assurance. She is based in the Indianapolis office and serves clients primarily in the Consumer industry.

With more than 25 years of public accounting experience, Beth has advised public and private companies in the Restaurant & Food Service, Retail & Consumer Products, Manufacturing, and Media & Entertainment business sectors. She has served as lead client service partner on a number of large multinational and domestic multilocation engagements, and has advised and/or served clients on SEC reporting, initial public offerings, carve-out audits, spin-offs, registration statements, and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance. She leads with a focus on strengthening client relationships, driving operational excellence, and building high-performing teams that deliver trusted audit and assurance services.

Beth serves as Deloitte’s Central Region Managing Partner for the Audit & Assurance business, a role covering approximately 30 offices. In this role, she advances our strategic priorities across the region, including cultivating our culture of quality, enabling growth, driving transformation, and enhancing the talent experience for our people. Beth also serves on the Audit & Assurance Executive Leadership Team.
