Betty Fleurimond is the US Higher Education Practice Leader. Formerly, she led the firm’s national Higher Education Cloud ERP Portfolio, nationally, with responsibility for bringing together an integrated discipline across strategy, analytics, technology, cyber, and organizational change management.
She has more than 25 years of experience engaging with higher education and nonprofit research organizations across the globe and has a strong and proven track record of successfully driving solutions for the largest and most complex challenges.
Fleurimond formerly chaired the Deloitte Center for Higher Education Excellence, a dedicated research center and leadership institute that focuses on the top issues and challenges facing institutions of higher education today. She has also led and participated in panel discussions and roundtables; and co-authored several monographs on leadership and transformation in higher education, including College students’ mental health and well-being; Five strategies for student success: How US higher education institutions are achieving strong outcomes; and What a Biden-Harris Administrations means for HBCUs (in partnership w/the Lumina Foundation).
Prior to Deloitte, Betty served as a Design Engineer at Intel Corporation, designing microprocessors and microcontrollers; and was on the original design team for Intel’s first-generation graphics card.
