Becky Galea is a UK-based partner specializing in strategy, innovation, AI and enterprise transformation.
She leads the UK Innovation & Ventures practice, working closely with senior leadership teams to define growth strategies and design the operating models required to deliver them. She has worked across a wide range of sectors including consumer goods, retail, travel and hospitality, with a particular focus on consumer-facing businesses. She has supported clients to accelerate growth in their core business, design and launch new ventures, embed innovation capabilities, and deliver complex transformation programs—translating ambition into tangible, enterprise-wide change.
Her work increasingly focuses on applying AI to unlock new sources of value and competitive advantage, integrated into broader transformation agendas. She is a regular facilitator of executive workshops and leadership programs, helping leadership teams drive alignment, build capability, and accelerate execution.
Becky lives just outside London with her husband Andrew and daughters Connie and Josie.
