Bradley is a member of the Deloitte M&A practice where he focuses on Life Sciences and Technology industries. He has advised clients across the deal life cycle and applies his basic science researcher background to support mid-size and large transactions.
Bradley serves in Deloitte’s M&A practice, specializing in comprehensive transaction support for clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, Medtech, and technology sectors. He partners with both large enterprises and mid-sized firms throughout the deal life cycle, with a focus on integration and separation planning, execution, and TSA management. He has a strong record of preparing R&D, clinical, and customer-facing teams for seamless transaction execution and effective Day 1 transitions. Leveraging his experience as a basic science researcher, he provides deep analytical and scientific insight to help clients achieve their strategic goals.
Bradley holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and completed his postdoctoral fellowship there at the School of Medicine as a TL1 Clinical and Translational Science Fellow.
