Aziza Yuldasheva

Aziza is a tax specialist in the areas of foreign currency transactions, cross-border finance, and treasury operations. She works closely with tax and treasury departments of multinationals assisting them in designing and implementing global cash pools, hedging programs, and other in-house bank functions, as well as related software systems. She also provides tax advice on foreign exchange, finance, and risk management matters in the context of M&A, post-merger integration, internal restructuring, repatriation, investment management, and other planning, as well as tax filings and tax controversy. Aziza co-leads Deloitte’s Global International Tax Finance & Treasury competency and is a frequent speaker and instructor on these issues.

Aziza is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center’s LLM program in taxation. She received her JD, cum laude, from Wayne State University Law School and BBA, magna cum laude, in international business with concentration in finance from Eastern Michigan University. Aziza is fluent in Russian and proficient in French and Ukrainian languages.
