Ashvic Godinho

Ashvic is the Databricks Community of Practice Lead for Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice, specializing in data engineering solutions on the Databricks platform. With over a decade of experience, he has designed and implemented data strategies for federal agencies, from targeted pipelines to large-scale enterprise migrations. Ashvic’s experience spans machine learning, Generative AI, and dashboard development, with proficiency in Oracle, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, and other database tools. Since founding the GPS Community of Practice in 2019, he has grown the group to over 2,000 members and was Deloitte’s first global Databricks Champion, establishing the initial Databricks sandbox relationship. Outside of work, Ashvic enjoys playing guitar, walking his dog, and reading fantasy novels.
