He is a delivery focused, cross-industry transformation leader who helps US-based organizations with global footprints modernize warehousing and logistics, improve operational performance, and strengthen end-to-end supply chain execution.
With more than 20 years of experience, Arnab leads complex, multi-site, SAP-enabled supply chain transformations across warehouse operations and fulfillment, transportation and distribution, inventory planning and replenishment, and service parts. He is recognized for executive program leadership and value realization. He sets the vision, shapes the roadmap, aligns C-suite and senior stakeholders, and establishes governance to deliver measurable improvements in visibility, inventory accuracy, service levels, and productivity.
Within Deloitte, Arnab leads the US SAP Warehousing and Logistics Community of Practice, driving innovation, developing industry accelerators, and enabling practitioner education and eminence.
