Anne-Claire Roesch

Anne-Claire is a principal in Deloitte’s Organization, Workforce, and Change practice, where she partners with executive teams to reimagine work and workforce strategies for future business growth. She is passionate about collaborating with clients to reimagine work and create more resilient operating models that unlock the combined potential of humans and machines. As Deloitte’s Frontline Workforce Leader, she works to address frontline (hourly, shift-based) workforce challenges and leads Deloitte’s Converge Frontline suite of analytic-driven products to elevate business performance through workforce efficacy and experience.

A recognized voice on workforce strategies, Anne-Claire previously taught the course “Leading and Managing in the Accelerating Future of Work” at Cornell-Technion University and her insights have been featured in outlets such as Harvard Business Review and Bloomberg News.

Anne-Claire holds a B.A. with honors from Amherst College and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
