Amry Junaideen is an influential global executive and accomplished leader with over 35 years of experience serving as a trusted advisor to public and privately held life science, healthcare, consumer companies, and the federal government. He partners effectively with senior management, corporate boards, and external stakeholders on technology-enabled enterprise transformation and steering strategic growth while navigating risk and regulatory matters. Recognized as an industry expert, he is an award-winning, sought-after thought partner, and brings a deep background in corporate governance experience through his work with corporate and nonprofit boards.

As Deloitte’s Greater Washington Market Leader, Amry oversees 13,000+ professionals and is responsible for market strategy, business development, social impact, and strategic regional initiatives. He led Deloitte Advisory’s national Life Sciences & Healthcare business, comprising 3,000+ professionals, defining go-to-market growth and talent strategy while advising many of the industry’s largest organizations. As leader of the Deloitte Federal Cyber and Technology Risk practice, he oversaw double-digit growth and led 1,000+ professionals developing and delivering leading solutions in risk management and cybersecurity for complex government organizations.

Amry’s global leadership includes six years in Australia, advising clients across Asia Pacific on large-scale systems implementations, internal controls, risk management, and continuity planning. He served for three years in India, as President of Deloitte’s Risk Advisory India business, leading 5,000+ professionals and delivering double-digit growth. Under his leadership, he advised senior executives at multinational and India-owned companies on enterprise transformation, governance, leadership, and technology, and supported organizations establishing operations in India.

As an active civic and community leader, Amry has held multiple prominent governance roles which include serving on the boards of the Greater Washington Board of Trade, Greater Washington United Way, and the District of Columbia College Access Program, as well as serving on the Housing Committee and Advisory Board of the Greater Washington Partnership and the Education Committee of the Economic Club. He is the immediate past Chair of the Board of the Greater Washington American Heart Association and previously served on finance and audit committees. He co-chaired the Deloitte U.S. Nominating Committee and served on the U.S. Board of Directors Council and Board Risk and Regulatory Committee, among other global and partnership committees.

He has been named twice to the Commonwealth of Virginia Power List (Professional Services) and twice as one of the “20 giants” in the Washington Business Journal Power 100, reflecting sustained impact and leadership in the Greater Washington region and beyond.
