Amina Popowich

Amina Popowich is a Principal in our Enterprise Operations and Risk Practice, where she leads our State, Local, and Higher Education Program Integrity work. She has specific experience in maturing program integrity operations, leading strategy development, implementing enterprise governance structures, measuring performance and savings, implementing predictive analytics systems and methodologies, and leading organizational change. Amina is a founding member of our Program Integrity practice, where we lean heavily on asset enabled solutions and services using AI, with a keen focus on health and human benefit programs and program efficacy. Complimenting delivery and market growth, Amina has been in the forefront of leading eminence efforts in this arena, including webinars, panels, and papers to discuss program integrity consideration for State agencies to address change in program policy, federal regulations, and the changing government environment.
