Alyssa has 14+ years of experience at Deloitte Consulting where she leads Technology, Media & Entertainment, & Telecom industry clients through large-scale business transformation efforts. She partners with Finance leaders and transformation executives to design and deliver workforce strategies that enable companies to navigate the Future of Work. She designs skills-based strategies, facilitates visioning labs, activates org design and learning & career development plans, and leads clients through prioritization of multi-year roadmaps. Alyssa is a leader in Deloitte’s Human Capital Finance Transformation practice where she shapes the future of talent perspective for Finance organizations.
Alyssa holds an MBA in Finance, Leadership, and Strategy from NYU and a B.S. from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
