Aldila is the State, Local and Higher Education Sector Leader within Deloitte’s Government and Public Services (GPS) Industry. In this role, she leads a dedicated team of more than 16,000 professionals who work with clients to drive tech-forward innovation, build resilient communities, and enhance the delivery of human-centered services to their constituents.
For over 25 years, Aldila has helped government and higher education clients expand their strategic partnerships, modernize their technologies, and align their talent strategies more closely to their mission to overcome challenges and operate more efficiently. Aldila previously served as the Growth Leader for GPS, the SLHE sub-sector leader for the Midwest region, and the leader of Deloitte’s State of Texas account. She has collaborated on some of the most complex IT transformation projects for state clients in Texas, California, Michigan and Kentucky.
Aldila holds dual master’s degrees in business administration and management information systems. She lives in Austin, Texas, with her husband and two college-age sons.
