Alison Walgren is a Principal in Deloitte’s Strategy and Transactions practice with more than 30 years of consulting and technology expertise. As Central Texas Managing Principal, she leads a team of over 2,500 professionals across Consulting, Audit & Assurance, and Tax, driving innovative solutions for clients in the high-growth Austin and San Antonio markets.
Alison has built her career advising and implementing technology-enabled transformations for organizations worldwide, spanning industries from consumer products to automotive to financial services and utilities. Her leadership reflects a consistent track record of delivering measurable business results across both U.S. and international markets.
Dedicated to community impact, Alison serves on the boards of United Way of Greater Austin, Girls Inc. of San Antonio, Opportunity Austin, the Better Business Bureau Foundation, and the KoreaTexas Forum.
She earned her bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and an MBA in International Business from the University of South Carolina.
